About this event

In honor of our annual "SheConnects Forum" ;  Please join us for an elegant evening in Center City, Philadelphia. WeConnect will be an energizing experience designed to bring together our network and support a great cause.

This highly curated experience is designed for senior-level professionals, executives, founders, and rising leaders from top companies and organizations across Philadelphia, the Main Line, South Jersey, Wilmington, and Chester County, bringing together those who are not only navigating leadership, but shaping what leadership looks like next. This is more than a networking event, it’s a strategic room—a space where leaders connect, ideas evolve, and new opportunities take shape.

At the heart of the evening are two powerful keynote speakers who will challenge, inspire, and equip you with the mindset and strategies needed to navigate today’s evolving professional landscape:

Tracy Davidson
TEDx Speaker 15-Time Emmy Award–Winning Journalist Resilience & Leadership Speaker Advocate for Women & Girls

Jessica Gibson Brokenbaugh
Equity Strategist & Community Leader 25+ Years of Transformative Public & Private Sector Experience Champion for School Choice, Workforce Development & Economic Advancement

What you’ll walk away with:
    •    A renewed sense of clarity and confidence around your career direction
    •    Practical strategies to advocate for yourself and others in the workplace
    •    Insight into how to build influence, expand opportunities, and lead with purpose
    •    Inspiration to embrace change, take bold steps forward, and redefine what’s possible
    •    Meaningful connections with a diverse, driven community of professionals and allies

This special evening also supports a mission close to our hearts: neurodiversity advocacy. 50% of all ticket proceeds will benefit Delaware Sensory Museum, the visionary project of Delaware local powerhouse India Williams. Designed as a haven for families, educators, and all who celebrate neurodiversity.

We’re thrilled to offer an exceptional hors d’oeuvres selection by Philadelphia's own and Brewerytown local Baby's Kusina + Market. Their bold, comforting flavors and handcrafted dishes bring a vibrant taste of home-style Filipino cooking to our event. Refreshments will be provided as well.

The night will feature
vocalist Candace Culcleasure, a dynamic performer whose career has taken her across the globe. Candace has appeared Off Broadway, on national and international tours, cruise ships, cabarets, and in regional theatres. She has even taken the stage solo at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, performing for an audience of 16,000.
