Special opportunity for Walnut Club members!

Did you miss our speaker event last month with Sandy Joy Weston, "Train Your Head and Your Body Will Follow"? Well, you're in luck!

On Wednesday, August 7, Walnut Club members are invited to a potluck dinner and talk with Sandy. The dinner will be held at the home of fellow member, Kelly Wall, on the Main Line. (Address provided after registration.) As with our previous potluck dinners, we request that each guest bring light bites to share with the group.

Sandy Joy Weston M.Ed. has owned and operated health clubs for over 30 years. Her book, Train Your Head & Your Body Will Follow, is the result of working with thousands of clients, top professors, and leaders in sports medicine, positive psychology, nutrition, fitness and spirituality. Weston knows what works, what doesn't work and what is really going to make an impact. She uses fitness as her vehicle to help everyone reach their mental and physical goals. Sandy's book is a fun easy to use, 90 day guide book and journal, designed for you to embrace all that you are right now and achieve all that you have ever imagined. She truly believes, it only takes 1 to 3 minutes a day to change your life and your body in a positive way.
