Since the Women of Walnut are into their health and wellness, we're trying something different for our Members Brunch in October.
This month, members are invited to join us for a complimentary private yoga class sponsored by our friend's at Athleta at 18th & Walnut.
The class will be from 9:45 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. Members will also receive discounts to Athleta's amazing workout gear. This yoga class is optional.
Athleta is partnering with Janielle Lucas, owner of Philly Hot Asana, to lead you through a beginner 26&2 yoga flow! She will progress you through a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, including a few flows, and additional hip openers. Every part of the body will be worked by the end of class, and you will leave refreshed and ready to take on anything!
Please remember to bring your own mat.
Following the class, snack on light refreshments as you shop from Athleta's newest collection! A special discount will be offered to all club members to be used at checkout.
Following the workout, we will have brunch at Parc. Members are welcome to skip the yoga class and just meet us for brunch at 11:30 a.m.
