About Sontuosa BYOB
Ernesto Guzman Guzman’s ease of presenting different cuisines comes from growing up with people of different ethnicities. He grew up surrounded by his father’s family, who were caterers of authentic Mexican cuisine, but it was his Mother, Martha, who taught herself how to prepare and cook a high-end cuisine. His grandfather, Julio Mario, born in France, appreciated the proper fermentation of the grape. He taught Ernesto about fine wines and how to pair the perfect wine to enhance the flavor of the prepared foods. Now, Ernesto introduces flavors inspired by Mexico, Italy, France, and America to Sontuosa BYOB on the Main Line.
