This year's program is dedicated to self-care and self-admiration. We will be focusing on health and wellness and learn valuable tips on what women can do to help themselves flourish.
Join Dr. Heather Moday, a board-certified physician and wellness entrepreneur, owner of the Moday Center for Integrative and Functional Medicine in Center City Philadelphia, and Walnut Club member as she discusses how our environment, sleep patterns, and stress hormones effects our bodies and our minds. She will be offering up some take home advice and bio-hacking tidbits that anyone can use to balance stress, improve energy, and upgrade their lives.
Dr. Moday and her nutritionist work with a clientele of highly motivated individuals who want to reverse chronic disease, as well as those who want to maximize their health, increase productivity and live longer, better lives. She directs comprehensive programs that include advanced biochemical testing, health coaching, and nutritional coaching. Her area of expertise is in immune function, longevity and brain health, nutrition, gut health, stress management and hormones.
