Due to the 2019 - 2020 outbreak of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), The Walnut Club is taking extra precautions with the care of every member to include health history review and enhanced sanitation/disinfecting procedures in compliance with Centers for Disease Control ("CDC") guidance (www.cdc.gov). (2) I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 30 days. (3) I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not knowingly been exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 30 days. (4) In the event that I, or any household members, have traveled outside of the U.S. or to any city considered to be a “hot spot” for COVID-19 infections within the past 30-days, I, or my household member, have followed all recommendations for quarantine pursuant to the CDC and all state, local, or country procedures. (5) I understand that The Walnut Club cannot be held liable for any exposure to the COVID-19 virus caused by misinformation on this form or the health history provided by each client. (6) I agree to each statement above and release The Walnut Club from any and all liability for unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.

About our presenter
Marianna Kind is the Data Leader for Engineering at the BNY Mellon. She manages complex IT cross-functional projects, provides data governance for Engineering and business technology strategies for executives in over 30 countries.  

For the past 20 years, Marianna has provided leadership for international corporations as a strategic thinker, problem solver, architect and data specialist.

She has two Master’s Degree: one in Information Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), and one in Thermal Power Engineering, which was obtained in Irkutsk, Russia. 

Volunteering is one of Marianna’s passions. For the past 15 years, she has led the non-profit organizations Network For Women with Careers in Technology (NWCT), Comcast Toastmasters, International Toastmasters and Data Management (DAMA) International Philadelphia Chapter. In her free time, Marianna also enjoys painting, creating ceramic art and learning about ancient philosophies in relation to quantum theory. She is an avid world traveler and has visited over 80 countries. Her next her trip will be to Australia and New Zealand this year.

Marianna will tell you that it’s not what she knows, but knowing enough to figure out what she doesn’t, is what keeps her moving forward.
